SOLD PERSIAN KITTENS / CATS WILL NOT receive ANY CFA REGISTRATION PAPERS OR PEDIGREE documentation. BUYER UNDERSTANDS they are PURCHASING A PET PERSIAN CAT OR KITTEN ONLY !
Buyer must transport the kitten in a pet safe per carrier.
Kittens will not be picked up and stuffed in cardboard boxes, plastic containers, nor any container other then a Pet Safe Pet Carrier
. Cattery may refuse the sale of a kitten at our sole discretion. No kitten will be released until the kitten or Persian is paid in full and funds have cleared as paid in full
. Kitten/Cat is considered the same
. Cattery/Seller/TinyPersians is considered the same
. Reserving a kitten with a deposit - your choice of a kitten will be based on:
> Current availability or Future kitten
> Choosing in the order of a deposit received. A deposit received first by others - they will have a choice to choose a current or future kitten.
> Kittens cannot be chosen until they have been evaluated by the breeder, maybe between 4 to 8 weeks old.
> Deposits not refundable - due to a buyer to choose a kitten someone else has reserved, or choosing before another that has reserved first, nor indicating a kitten has not been received - when all customers have a choice to choose a kitten in a current litter (if available) and a future litter. Future kittens are always offered if other kittens are sold.
> Buyers reserving a Pet kitten and takes kitten as a breeder will be charged for a breeder kitten and the kitten maybe required to return to TinyPersians. Few have tried this and this will not be tolerated.
> Kittens must be spayed or neutered within 24 months of age. This is for their well being and you
> If our Federal License Vet becomes unavailable, TinyPersians has an option to choose any other Vet for departure exams whether that Vet is a Federal License Vet or not
. Deposits: Deposit required to hold a kitten. Standard in the Industry.
No charge backs will be done by the buyer for any reason whatsoever. If a charge back is done by a buyer, there will be a charge minimum of $150 for the cattery to reverse the transaction legally. If a refundable deposit is granted by the seller/cattery, it is due to the professionalism and respect a buyer may project, yet the cattery does not guarantee a returned deposit will be granted. It is solely the discretion of the cattery. Any attempt of cattery to refund a deposit and situation is already disputed or customer projects unprofessional attitude or does not answer the phone, cattery can for any of these reasons yet, not limited to, to reject any attempt to refund a deposit. Buyer understands Persian Deposit is NON - Refundable. The deposit is transferrable to another kitten of the same value from an upcoming litter, when available. No Deposits are refundable. . Warrantee Notices:
> Kittens are warranted within our warrantee time line only.
Any kitten that is taken into possession by the purchaser cannot be returned for any reason whatsoever. Cattery cannot risk the their cattery an airline carrier, Vet facility, boarding facility, automobiles or the buyer's location may have exposed after the has been in the buyer or buyer agents possession.
> Buyer agrees kittens will not be sold, donated or given to medical test labs.
> Kittens are guaranteed for PKD a genetic disorder, however, a kitten is guaranteed only up to 5 days from the purchase date to notify the cattery of the condition along with a quality photo, thus providing a Federal Licensed Vet has documented and if the cat was micro-chipped for identification before buyer takes possession of the kitten.
> Only a kitten of the same value will be replaced and no monies will be refunded if approved by the cattery. Standard industry policy, all cats/ kittens sold as is.
> All Vet bills after kitten is in the buyers possession are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Any neutering/spaying is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
> Persians sold as pets, non breeders.
> Kittens cannot be returned for any reason, however, if approved by the cattery a replacement kitten maybe replace the buyer's kitten.
> Cattery cannot guarantee the personality, suitability of any kitten as it is unpredictable genetically for any species to know or predict any characteristic including the size, eye color, or coat variations in particular, yet not limited to these characteristics.
Kittens maybe lost during a pregnancy, labor, delivery or may not nurse, yet not limited to these circumstances, therefore, Cattery cannot not guarantee the # of kittens in a litter.
> Buyer provides a Vet Check exam and if the Vet verifies the kitten is in good health, the breeder will provide this information and breeder is not responsible for any Vet missing any condition, or lack of hearing, poor sight, nor any other unforeseen conditions. It is in the best interest of the buyer to handle any situation in a professional, polite manner without threats to the breeder, nor saying a parent, spouse, have disagreed with your purchasing a kitten. Please work this out on your end.
Litter Predictions: Any pregnancy X-rays indicating the size of a litter is not a guarantee there will be surviving kittens. If a female Persian suddenly is not birthing kittens easily the cattery may elect to retire this female and therefore, the buyer will have their reservation moved to another female litter coming up based on the order of their reservation came in. Ask about our Persians and the approximate anticipated breeding dates. Breeding dates cannot guarantee live kitten litters. If for any reason one or more kittens are lost at birth, the buyer will have the option to have a next available kitten in the order of each reservation taken, however, only a kitten of the same value. If there are other buyers before you, please understand they will receive their kitten or kittens first. Threats and unprofessional conversations, continue texts and not answering calls is unacceptable. We value our customers and work diligently to produce the best possible Persians, of toy, teacup, tiny, standard sizes. Kitten Persians can mature to any size and unpredictable to forecast, size, eye color, eye sight, future hearing, attention spans, coat colors, personalities and longevity. Specifically explained in Policies.
. Breeder/Cattery charges a buyer a 100% refundable VET deposit from $500 to $1000 or more. If it is agreed by both parties to waive this deposit and it is stated on the sales agreement the VET DEPOSIT IS WAIVED, it does NOT INDICATE THE CAT/KITTEN IS SOLD AS A BREEDER. Kitten / adult Persian is STILL SOLD AS A PET.
It is agreed the Deposit is waived to save the buyer an additional expense, however, the buyer MUST FIX, NEUTER, SPAY THE PERSIAN, NO EXCEPTIONS. The Vet Deposit has been establish to insure the kitten/cat will be fixed on a timely basis.
. Updating Policies: Cattery has the right to change or alter any policies at any time without notice, however, will honor previously written agreements, honor deposits. It is our goal to provide wonderful homes for our kittens and may from time to time have to up-date our procedures and policies. Our customers are wonderful to work with, however, from time to time there are a few individuals that make it necessary to have policies in place.
. Referrals: If we refer a buyer to another agent, cattery, breeder, individual, we are not responsible for any transactions you may make with a referral provided by us including Vets, Vet clinics, Vet hospitals, other breeders, food, toys, cat towers, or any other such cat referrals, the cattery/seller.
. Buyer's Choice: Buyer asking breeder/cattery their opinion on any subject from feline products, feline care, feline research, the feline cat choice, it is the sole responsibility of the purchaser/buyer to confirm and research this information on their own. Breeder/Cattery is not responsible for any reason whatsoever, if a buyer elects the cattery to choose the kitten for the buyer. The Breeder/Cattery will try their best to have the best fit for the Persians and the buyer.. Buyer choosing is preferred.
. Cat Colors: We sell Persians of many colors, the Silver Chinchilla, Silver, Shaded Silver, Golden, Golden Shaded and Black Smoke Persians. Some of our Persians are almost white, however, are not sold as white Persians. We do not warrant the color, color patterns, color variations, the size, personality, eye color, cat coat texture or length, or a non tearing Persian.
. Our advertising maybe interpreted as a " Teacup Kitten", however, we breed Silver Persians and they are typically small, as the CFA Silver Color Division Persians are much smaller then the other CFA Color Divisions. We do concentrate on small, tiny persians. however, we do not represent ourselves as per say; "A Teacup Breeder", we breed well bred Persians that have less smushed (flat) faces and specific colors and quality traits to insure healthy kittens/cats. Often a buyer ask do we have teacups as we feature small, tiny Persians. Our Persians are small and sometimes smaller then teacup Persians being sold by Teacup Persian Catteries, however, we sell standard Persian sizes also, and no Persian size can be predicted. Terms used on our site are for SEO purposes, however, since we have smaller Persian cats and kittens, we have very small Persians.
. Cattery Choices: TinyPersians Cattery may hold / choose any kitten (s) in litters for they Cattery. Cattery may take any kitten or adult Persian off the sales list without notice.
. We may list kittens already sold and therefore, at times may not have kittens available. Buyer understands kittens or litters may be lost and they may have to wait for a future kitten. Photos on the website are mostly past kittens. If a photo states available or for sale, then those kittens are for sale. Check with cattery to make sure the last hour a kitten has not been sold. If you are reserving a rare color or characteristic of a Persian, buyer understands the breeder may or may not accomplish the dream the buyer is asking for.
Flight Fees Subject to change without notice due to destinations and Airline price changes. Any kitten shuttled to airport and cancelled by buyer after transportation, buyer will be charged for return of kitten.
. Site Content: Some illustrations may be depictions only and/or may be used as an example of what we offer and may not be an actual cat or kitten we now have available. Therefore they may be past kittens or current Cattery breeders. No images or illustrations implies any characteristic of a Persian that as a guarantee of what a buyer may receive. Only a kitten that is sold to the buyer is the kitten the buyer will receive. So when kittens are born - current photos will be provided. Website photos maybe past kittens for buyer to see our cattery kittens. Cattery may retire any adult breeders at any time without notice. Cattery will be the only deciding factor for the combination of parents bred, # of litters bred in a year or # of litters a mom- female will produce a year. Some females may need time off and leave a breeding gap for available kittens. Cattery has the option to skip any breeding season for any reason whatsoever. Photos maybe enhanced and adjusted to fit the Internet format.

If a kitten comes with a warrantee, it is under the terms of the sales agreement set forth between buyer and seller written sales agreement.

Buyer must read and agree upon all conditions set forth. Thank you for your understanding. We experience wonderful shoppers / buyers, however, once in a while some individuals makes it necessary for the cattery to set the policies in force.
Due to customers stuffing cats in cardboard boxes, saying spouse did not approve the sale,
showing up to pick up kitten and using the money due for lunch and gas, are just a few examples. Just about when the breeder/ cattery thinks they have seen it all, oh my!

Addendum 2018 Policies
Terms / Conditions
Kitten may be considered a kitten until they are 12 months old. So the term kitten does not refer to a new born or a kitten of a few weeks old. Kitten or Adult /Cat Persians cannot be guaranteed to look alike of a sibling, past litter or one or both parents. Each kitten is an individual, just like people. There are price points evaluations for each litter and all kittens are not priced the same. The kittens offered for buyers are pet kittens, however, we have evaluated some pet kittens at different price points that may be higher the other kittens.
Please do not put a deposit down until we know what you are seeking. It is the cattery's determination for price ratings, not for any buyer (s). Some kittens are available for $3,500 - $5000, sometimes less. Breeder - seller - cattery cannot warrant the time a litter will be born or if any female breeders will come in heat, breed or produce any live kittens. This is a very meticulous business and the Persians are the first priority. We will not over breed a female or breed to early.
If you are not sure you can wait for a TinyPersian kitten, please do not put down a non refundable deposit. At times there is no wait. Cattery has the right to change the deposit amount required before deposits are made by a buyer, however, currently it is $350.
The deposit amount required may change at any time without notice. No buyer will receive a Cattery pick kitten, unless approved by the cattery. Kitten and adult Persians available are listed and sell quickly. As per the introduction of the breeder/cattery Policies, buyer has read and understands All kittens sold as pets, not as breeders, nor with breeding rights. We strive for our Persians might meet the CFA Show Persian standards, however, Cattery does not warrant any Persian to be show as they can change as they grow or soon have poor condition due to a buyers care. Breeder/Cattery's breeders are CFA registered Persians. The kittens are from registered bloodlines, however, NO PET PERSIAN OR SOLD PERSIAN KITTEN WILL GET ANY CFA REGISTRATION PAPERS OR PEDIGREE INFORMATION. BUYER UNDERSTANDS THEY ARE PURCHASING A PET PERSIAN CAT OR KITTEN ONLY !
Disclaimer and release of Liability: Cattery has the right to change pricing or deposit requirements without notice as kittens evaluation change and sometimes may with time become top picks. . A deposit is applied to the price of the kitten. TinyPersian Cattery is not responsible for any typos, misprints, photo representations not current and the buyer is to confirm all listed information to insure its accuracy. Cattery may use enhance photo and its background techniques for advertising and promotion. Thank you for your understanding. We cannot guaranteed cats shipped by 3rd parties or agents of the buyer, nor any cat once it has departed beyond our sales agreement signed by both parties.
Kitten/Cat Carriers: Kittens being picked up buyer shall bring a cat carrier to take the kitten. No purchased Persian kitten or cat will be put in card board boxes, plastic not safe pet containers or taken in the arms of the buyer. Buyer will provide a safe Pet Sale airline compliant carrier for travel safety in an automobile. If the breeder/cattery ships we comply with the airline requirements, carrier is provided by cattery/breeder for all cats flying. NOTE: AIRLINES AS OF 2018 HAVE STOPPED OFFERING PET TRANSPORTATION. It is up to the buyer to confirm if airline carrier ons are still permitted. Buyer will not put pets in luggage compartments on airlines even if told by the airline to do so. Pets cannot survive in areas made for luggage.
